The Redstone is a unique Spanish Mediterranean style condominium designed by Henry Clay Smith and built in 1928. Its 24 spacious residence units offer stunning views, private gardens, easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife on Polk, Hyde, Union, and Chestnut Streets, and are a short walk from Fort Mason, the Marina Green, and SF Bay. I enjoyed living here from 1992 to 2021, when I bought a house in Tamalpais, keeping Apt 404 as a rental.
